As these are custom items, returns are not accepted. Exchanges for a different size are accepted for unused undamaged items with 14 days of purchase, minus a 20% restocking fee.  Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and insurance if desired.  Please return all items in original cardboard box and packaging. Do not ship in soft packaging as this puts the item at risk for puncture/damage with shipping handling services.​

If you need to cancel an order, email us or use the contact form to submit a request within 2 business days of placing the order.  All requests within 2 business days will be granted.  Past that time, your order has likely been started or materials have been purchased and we will be unable to provide a refund.
